David Coulter is a Special Limited Partner of private equity firm Warburg Pincus. He is a longtime friend of Carnegie Mellon University as both an alumni and sitting board member. He spent his career in banking whose experience includes serving as the chairman and CEO of Bank of America, a partner in the Beacon Group, LP, vice chairman of the Chase Manhattan Corporation, and vice chairman of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
